How To Enable On Page View Source and Inspect Element Option in Microsoft Edge

By default, this is what you see in the context menu when you right-click the page in Edge, quite spartan.

Both View Source and Inspect Element options are nowhere to be seen, unlike you usually see in Chrome or Internet Explorer. But here is how you can enable them.

Type about:flags in the address bar in Edge and press Enter to go to the hidden settings made for the developers, and check option Show “View source” and “Inspect element”.

The change takes effect almost immediately. Here is what you see after enabling this option.

Alternatively, the option will be checked and turned on automatically when you pressed F12 to call up the Developer Tools.
