Microsoft Edge Quick Tip: How To Show or Hide Bookmark/Favorite Bar

In Microsoft’s world, bookmarks are called favorites in both Internet Explorer and Edge. You can access your favorite items through the hub icon on the toolbar in Edge because the favorite bar is disabled by default.

If you prefer the favorite bar over this hub list, here is how you can enable it.

Click the three dots  icon and Settings to bring up the Settings panel, then click “View favorites settings” button.

Then turn on the switch “Show the favorites bar”. The favorite bar appears right away showing all saved items.

Bonus tip: If you are wondering where all your favorite items are saved in Windows, check out this post.
