Microsoft Edge is the default web browser on Windows 10 but Microsoft still leaves Internet Explorer 11 live the same time. Since Microsoft is pushing Edge browser to replace the long live Internet Explorer, they added an Edge icon on the toolbar in IE, silently encourage people to switch away.
