After a lot of anticipation and speculation, the Microsoft Edge version of the popular password manager LastPass was finally released with the latest Windows 10 Preview Build 14361. LastPass is now available in the Windows Store and only the Insiders running the latest Windows 10 Preview Build 14357 or later can install and use it.
Head over to LastPass Store app page and get it installed in your Edge browser. Once installed, you can turn it on or keep it off in your browser.
You will then need to sign in your LastPass account or create an account if you haven’t done so to get started.
Once signed in, you will be able to access it right from the … menu on the Edge browser’s toolbar.
Or through the on-page context page.
The extension is still in its early stage that receives quite negative feedbacks at the moment. We definitely expect to have some big improvements from the future releases, since it’s such a popular password manager that also has stable extensions available on other browsers like Chrome and Firefox.
