Google introduced an easy way early this month to measure your website’s performance across multiple platforms, from mobile to the desktop computer. Not only do you get a score about how your website performs across devices but you also get a free detail report along with a list of specific fixes that can help you improve your website performance.
You don’t need a lot of technical knowledge to understand your site’s performance. Simple head over to http://testmysite.thinkwithgoogle.com, and type in your web address.
You will see how your site scores within moments. The poorer your site performs, the longer you have to wait to get the result.
Apparently, some things can be improved on this site. Click the Get My Free Report button, type in your email address to request one.
You can also scroll down the result page and see the details of how your site scored in three pre-defined categories. Click See What to Fix link to find out more what needs to be done to improve the site’s performance.
To get a more depth of how your site performs, go to PageSpeed Insights, which is the power behind this service.
